FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
New Year, New You?
Experts gather to offer ideas and products to
help you improve yourself from the inside out

Close your eyes and consider the areas of your life that you’d change right now if you only knew how. Would you want to improve your health? Your relationships? Your spirituality? Would you want to live a more ecologically-friendly lifestyle?

This March 3-4, 2007, more than 100 experts will gather at the Minneapolis Convention Center for the 7th annual Body Mind Life Expo (www.101expos.com), an event designed to help you find the tools you need to live a healthier and more balanced life. This is the original and the largest health and natural products expo in the Midwest, featuring traditional, holistic and alternative therapies and health screenings; beneficial solutions for your home, delicious nutritional options, and more.

The Body Mind Life Expo features free nonstop seminars, given by recognized experts in their fields. These include:
  • Dr. Verna Cornelia Price, a nationally recognized motivational speaker, whose Dealing with Subtracters in Work and Life workshop will provide attendees with strategies to help them achieve success in every area of their lives.
  • Michael Lee, a natural products advocate who will discuss the beneficial and potentially ‘yucky’ ingredient in your personal skin care products.
  • Dr. Donald Timm, who will cover new research on getting and staying well, and the simple changes you can make that will slow down aging, improve your health, reduce your risk of all types of diseases and help you look and feel great.
  • Tony Strong, a health and wellness educator and professional speaker who will bring new information about body and cellular repair using natural nutritional technology.
  • Susan Just, a success coach, certified hypnotherapist and hypnotherapy instructor who will explain how hypnotherapy, self-hypnosis and coaching can  help you dissolve your fears, misperceptions and limiting beliefs so that you can live an empowered life.
  • Carol Lowell, a hands-on healing practitioner, who will talk about auras, explain what they are and give a demonstration. She will also talk about how to clear energy from your aura and the space in which you live.
  • Ann Walker, an occupational therapist who will help you learn how to identify the key stress factors in your life and become proactive about preventing and coping with them before it is too late.

Attendees at the Body Mind Life Expo can also register to win free drawings and giveaways, which this year include a 14-day Caribbean cruise, a vacation to Wisconsin Dells, gift cards, gift baskets and much more. Watch a video of last year’s show, and browse this year’s online show catalog at www.101expos.com.

Show hours are Saturday March 3rd from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday March 4th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $3 with the half price coupon available on the Web site and free to kids 17 and under when accompanied by an adult.  Further information is available on the expo hotline: 612-798-7256.
