How are you doing on your New Year's resolution?
Success Coach and certified hypnotherapist will teach the Body Mind Life Expo audience how hypnosis can be used to lose weight, stop smoking or kick another bad habit. How are you doing on those changes you vowed to make in your life? How many pounds have you lost? Have you cut down on the cigarettes? Are you sticking with that exercise routine? Maybe it’s time to do what thousands of others have done: use hypnosis to successfully jump start your personal development program. Hypnotherapy has gone mainstream. Since 1958, the American Medical Association has recognized hypnotherapy as a successful therapeutic tool. It’s a safe and natural way to change unproductive thoughts and behaviors. “People seek hypnotherapy to stop smoking, lose weight, reduce stress, manage pain,” says Susan Just, owner of Dynamic Minds, Inc. and President of the MN Chapter of The National Guild of Hypnotists. “We also help people get started on personal development and increasing their capacity for success,” she adds. A certified hypnotherapist and success coach, Just is making a special appearance at the 2008 Body Mind Life Expo, March 1-2, 2008 at the Minneapolis Convention Center to discuss how people can use hypnosis to improve their lives. You have been hypnotized many times, you probably just don’t realize it. “Hypnosis is a focused state of attention,” explains Just. “Most people don’t realize that we hypnotize ourselves all the time: while we’re on the computer, driving, watching TV, or playing sports.” Forget what you’ve seen in the movies. You’re awake, semi-conscious and in complete control during a session. “In reality, we de-hypnotize people,” says Just. “A certified hypnotherapist can help you take the focus off your fears and limiting beliefs, allowing you to dissolve them so you can become who you really are!” Clients also learn self-hypnosis techniques so they can continue to improve their lives after the sessions. In addition to conducting sessions and giving talks on hypnotherapy and success, Just also trains certified hypnotherapists. “Health professionals, therapists and trainers have used the technique for years. It’s a great way to expand your practice and help people achieve faster results.” The Body Mind Life Expo is the Midwest’s largest health, wellness and natural products expo. There will be hundreds of exhibitors representing cutting edge products and services, and nonstop informative speakers. See a movie of last year’s expo at www.101expos.com.
