Promotion: Contest is valid upon receipt of 25 or more entries. All entries must be received by March 14, 2003. Children's drawings must be of their favorite family activity. Only one entry per child is allowed.

Means of entry: All entries must be sent to Mid-America Events & Expos, Inc., 350 W. Burnsville Parkway Suite 350, Burnsville, MN 55337. Each entry must be accompanied by the child's name, age, address and a phone number for the child's parent or legal guardian. Upon receipt of entry, Mid-America Events & Expos will contact the parent/legal guardian to advise that the child has entered the contest, and ask where the parent can be reached if his/her child is chosen as a potential winner. If the parent cannot be reached for verification of entry, the child's drawing will be displayed at the Expo but will not be eligible for a prize.

Notification of winners will begin March 31, 2003. Winners need not be present at the Family Living Expo™ to receive their prizes.

Limitations: Only one entry per child is allowed. Family and household members of anyone employed by Media Relations, Inc., Mid-America Events & Expos, Inc., Checkerboard Internet Services, Inc. or Sun Country Airlines are not eligible to win the grand prize air fare. Contest is open to children up to age 18.

Prize: One Grand Prize Winner will receive airfare for two adults and two children courtesy of Sun Country Airlines. Air fare is for domestic locations only, and travel must be completed by September 30, 2003. Winner and companions are solely responsible for all other travel expenses. All responsibilities of a minor will be assumed by the parent or legal guardian. Disqualification and the automatic forfeiture of the Grand Prize and the selection of an alternate winner will result if the winner 1) fails to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release by April 18, 2003; 2) the notification of the prize could not be made by April 18, 2003; 3) inability of the potential winner to complete his/her travel before September 30, 2003; and 4) non-compliance with contest rules. If the Grand Prize is forfeited by a potential winner, it will be awarded to the next alternate. This process will continue until a grand prize is awarded. Winner and companions must travel together on same itinerary, and a minor must be accompanied on the trip by parent or legal guardian. All traveling companions will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. All taxes are solely the winner's responsibility. Conditions: Each entrant by entering the coloring contest agrees that 1) he/she will abide by and be bound by the rules and the sponsor's decisions, which shall be final and non-appealable; 2) the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Entities, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of responsibility for any claims, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of the prize, participation in any prize related activity. 3) In the event that less than 25 entries are received, the Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the contest; and in such event to select a winner by random drawing from all eligible entries by Family Living Expo™ attendees. 4) Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of the winner to accept the grand prize for any reason.
